This policy explains how "DR AI FACTORY" LLC (trading as Dr.AI.Factory) processes personal data through its Meta app "Dr.AI.Factory Asistan" (App ID 846618735176456). The app answers Instagram Direct messages and comments automatically on behalf of client businesses. It uses the Instagram API with Facebook Login.

Our client is the business that owns the Instagram account. The first client is a cosmetology salon (Instagram @dinora_kosmetolog). We process data only for that business and only to serve its customers.

2. What data we process

Instagram-scoped user ID of the person who writes to the business.
Instagram username.
Text of Direct messages sent to the business account.
Text of comments left on the business account's posts.
Media (for example photos or voice messages) sent in Direct messages.
Timestamps of messages and comments.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers. Please do not send them in messages.

3. Why we process it

To reply to your messages and comments on behalf of the business account owner.
To pass your booking request to the business, so staff can contact you.
To keep the conversation history, so replies make sense in context.

We use the data only for these purposes.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data because you chose to message or comment on the business's Instagram account and expect a reply. This is based on your consent and on the legitimate interest of the business in answering its customers. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data (see section 9).

5. Who receives the data (processors)

Meta Platforms: delivers messages and comments to us and sends our replies back through the Instagram API.
OpenAI: generates the text of automatic replies. Message text is sent to OpenAI for this purpose.
Railway: hosts our server and database.
Telegram: used to notify the business when a customer wants to book, so staff can follow up.

The business account owner also sees the conversation. We do not share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

6. No selling, no advertising

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising, profiling for ads, or data brokerage. We do not use Instagram data to train our own AI models.

7. How long we keep data

Conversation logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do so within 30 days.

8. Security

Access to the server and to stored data is limited to the operator. Secret keys are kept out of public code. Data travels over encrypted connections.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

know what data we hold about you;
ask us to correct it;
ask us to delete it;
withdraw your consent;
complain to a data protection authority.

10. Children

The service is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly process their data. If you think a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete the data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be published on this page.
