Data Deletion Instructions

Meta app "Dr.AI.Factory Asistan" (App ID 846618735176456) · O'zbekcha versiya pastda

The app is operated by "DR AI FACTORY" LLC (trading as Dr.AI.Factory). It replies to Instagram Direct messages and comments on behalf of client businesses. If you wrote to one of these businesses, we may hold your Instagram-scoped user ID, username, messages, comments and related timestamps. You can ask us to delete all of it.

Option 1. Send a Direct message

Open Instagram and go to the business account you wrote to (for example @dinora_kosmetolog).
Send this Direct message: DELETE MY DATA
Our system detects the request and starts the deletion.

Option 2. Send an email

Write to madrahimovdr@gmail.com.
Use the subject DELETE MY DATA.
Include your Instagram username, so we can find your records.

What happens next

We delete your messages, comments, username, user ID and related logs within 30 days.
We send you a confirmation reply when the deletion is done. For Direct requests, the reply comes in the same chat. For email requests, it comes by email.
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made, only to prove we completed it. It contains no message content.

Remove the app's access

You can also stop the app from accessing your Instagram or Facebook account yourself:

On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites (or Website permissions), find "Dr.AI.Factory Asistan" and remove it.
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find "Dr.AI.Factory Asistan" and remove it.

Removing access stops new data collection. To delete data we already hold, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
